Ingredients
  

For the Base Layer:

  • 1 ½ cups of crushed cookies think Oreos or graham crackers—whatever you prefer for a buttery, crunchy base
  • ½ cup of melted butter to bind everything together and create that delicious, crisp texture
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar optional, depending on how sweet you like your crust

For the Ice Cream Layers:

  • 4 cups of your favorite ice cream I recommend chocolate, vanilla, or a mix of both—choose what you and your loved ones enjoy the most
  • 2 cups of additional flavor options think crushed strawberries, chocolate chips, or a swirl of caramel sauce—the sky’s the limit here!

For the Topping:

  • ½ cup of whipped cream for a light, creamy topping
  • Chocolate ganache or hot fudge sauce for drizzling over the top
  • Fresh berries or sprinkles for extra flair and a pop of color

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Make the Crust
  • Mix 1½ cups crushed cookies, ½ cup melted butter, and 1 tbsp sugar in a bowl.
  • Press into a cake pan and freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Step 2: Add Ice Cream Layers
  • Let 4 cups of ice cream soften for 5–10 minutes.
  • Spread over the crust. Add mix-ins if desired.
  • Repeat for up to 4 layers, then freeze for 2 hours.
  • Step 3: Add Toppings
  • Spread whipped cream on top.
  • Drizzle chocolate ganache or sauce.
  • Add berries, sprinkles, or decorations.
  • Step 4: Freeze & Serve
  • Freeze for 1 hour to set.
  • Let sit 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
